Chairman: Noah S. Prywes
Noah Prywes founded NetXentry in 2000. Dr. Prywes has been instrumental in founding several successful technology companies. In 1965, He founded Computer Command and Control Company, a research and development firm, specializing in database solutions. Noah was also a founder of Comserv, an online accounting firm, acquired by ADR in 1973. In 1994 he co-founded Group Cortex, an Internet consulting firm, acquired by AnswerThink, and in 1996, BileniaTech, an electronic funds transfer firm, merged with Atiam Technology. Dr. Prywes has made important contributions to the field of computer and communications technology, and has published over 100 scholarly articles in professional journals. He served on the faculties of the Department of Computer and Information Science and the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania (1961-1997). He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.
CEO/Technical Director: Jangwoo Shin
Jangwoo specialized in software development of large-scale object-oriented systems and combined teaching and practice. He implemented Wireless Application Protocols (WAP) client programs and electronic fund transfer networks in Concord. He holds a PhD Degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
